Bow Builder Punch - Tiny Treat Box

Did you know that the Tiny Treat Boxes originally released with our Autumn / Winter catalogue have been carried over to the Spring / Summer catalogue? Isn't that fantastic?

I love these little boxes, they are very sweet and very useful.

I decorated this one with a Fancy Bow I created using the new Bow Builder Punch.

The papers are from The Best Year Ever DSP pack. This is one of the possible FREEBIES you can select with a purchase of £45 during the Sale-a-Bration promotion that is currently running :o)

The sentiment is from the Sumthin' Sumthin' stamp set.

Here is a little photo tutorial showing how I created the bow ......

Punch out 4 x Tails and 4 x Bow pieces ... plus 1 x Centre piece. Curve the Bow pieces using a Bone Folder.

I used Tombow Multipurpose Adhesive for these. Glue Dots are ok, but I didn't want any of the movement you get using Glue Dots.

Glue each pair of Tails together, by overlapping the tabs.

For each Bow piece, glue the Tabs together to make one side of a Bow. Glue each pair of Bows together by overlapping the tabs.

Wrap the centre piece around the middle of one of the completed Bows.

Place one Tail section over the other to form a cross shape. Add a dimensional to the centre.

Place one Bow section over the other, making sure the one with the centre piece is on top. Add a Pearl to this.

Finally, place the Bow section on top of the Tails offsetting them so the Tails are aligned with the 'gaps' between the bows.
